We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@signifybeauty.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including products that have been opened or used, items marked as clearance or final sale, and gift cards.
We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. If you encounter any such issue, contact us promptly at info@signifybeauty.com so we can arrange a replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, and the item is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
